Hotel Bahagia owned by Express Bahagia Sdn. Bhd. which operate ferries services from Langkawi to Kuala Kedah, Kuala Perlis & Penang. The brand new hotel have 101 rooms, located in the Langkawi Mall, very near to the Kuah Town.

Hotel Management System Features

System Setup & Master Files Maintenance

a. User Management - Maintain the User Login ID, Password & Access Right
b. Hotel Floor Master Maintenance – Maintain the floor number of the hotel.
c. Hotel Room Type Maintenance – Maintain the hotel Room Type, example: Deluxe or Superior room.
d. Hotel Room Number Maintenance - Maintain all room number available with Floor, Location & Room Type.
e. Hotel Room RateThis feature makes our E-Soft Hotel Management System software unique in serving the client in the best way. It is possible that a guest is applied many rate/rate types during his stay. It may be to various customer type offered by the hotel, for instance, internet booking, corporate, member, tour agent & etc. One can do this easily in the following way:
• Select room type where multiple rate type are to be applied, for example Deluxe or Superior Room.
• Select multiple rate link by Customer Type.
• The rate can be divided into Seasonal Rate including Low, Shoulder, Peak Super Peak.

f. Backup & Restore – Auto or Manual Backup & Restore of datag.

g. Audit Trial – Tracking who changed, what and when!!

Hotel Guest Information Database Maintenance

Guest Information Database maintain all guest related data including:
a. Auto Generate Accounts / Guest Code.
b. Accounts Type either Corporate, Tour Agent Or Individual.
c. Guest Type – Either Walk In, Corporate booking, Group booking by Tour Agent, Internet Booking or Member booking.
d. Others personal particulars.

Hotel Room Reservation

a. Unlimited future room reservation.
b. System auto generate the Reservation No.
c. Mode of Booking – By Call, Walk In or Internet Booking.
d. Customer Details pull from Guest Database.e. Reservation details including Room Type, Check In & Check Out Date, Estimate Arrival Time, No. of Room reserved & Room Rate.

Hotel Room Availability

a. System will enable user to check room availability by Room Type or Room No.
b. User will be able to visualize clearly the room availability status byroom no. as screen shot.
c. For occupied room, the guest name shall be displayed with check in & check out date.

Hotel Check-In & Check-Out

a. Creating new Folio No. during guest check in.
b. System will refer to Reservation database for room reserved.
c. System capture the check in date & time, room no., room rate with Government Tax & Service Tax.
d. Check Out Details capture Check Out Date & Time, input of others charges, pay mode, credit card no. & etc.

Billing & Invoicing System

E-Soft Hotel Management System provides 2 type of billing & Invoicing:

a. Check Out BillingCheck Out Billing process the billing during guest check out. System allows to add charges to the billing including Internet Charges, Telephone Charges, TV Program, restaurant bill & etc. Check-out guests including form of payment(s) including checks, traveler’s checks and credit cards. For non-cash payments a reference number is collected (check number, authorization code etc) The Government Tax & Service Tax will be maintained in the Master Tax Table, which will automated the add the tax charges to the bill.
b. Periodic InvoicingFor corporate guest, E-Soft Hotel Management System provides option to print Invoice by selected period basis. This is suitable for corporate customer such as tour agent & registered corporate customer.

Guest Message System

When a guest is not available and somebody want to pass some message to the guest, desk clerk can use this tool. This handy tool helps desk clerk quickly record message and any special request by outsider to the guest. The main interface can flash the rooms for which messages are to be passed. Multiple messages can be maintained and passed to the guests
